As an indispensable part of the wet cat food production line, the steaming tunnel will be responsible for steaming the formed meat strips. In this way, the meat strips can be shaped and reach the final form of pet food.

The continuous steaming tunnel can achieve fully automatic production without manual assistance, and the process can be automatically operated and adjusted by the centralized control system.

The feedback signal of the temperature sensor coordinates the action of each valve and the injection of steam. The application of Teflon belts ensures that the product will not stick and is easy to clean and maintain.

Wet Cat Food Rotary Cutter—Its characteristic is that it can be cut in a rotary manner, which refers not only to the operating structure of the cutter, but also to the fact that the overall cutting part can be adjusted in angle.
